To check which tasks are causing CPU load, you need to use the system report called ‘System tasks (Administration)’. Having run it and received the results, you need to sort the 'CPU consumption' column in descending order (by clicking on it 2 times). In the 'Last time updated' column you must enter today's date in mask format (for example 2023.12.19%). As a result of these actions, you can find a list of the most loaded tasks in the system, the interfaces where they were created, and the users who created them.
Also, in rare cases, stuck re-rating tasks can load the system. To find them, you need to filter the 'Status' column by the 'In%' value and check if there are any tasks that have the value from the 'Last time updated' column quite long ago relative to the current time. If such tasks are detected, they can be manually canceled in the reratings interface.
In addition, if you face any issues with web-interface performance, please try to clear cache and restart the browser. Kindly note that browsers officially supported by our platform - Google Chrome & Mozilla. If after this the problems still persist, and you are experiencing a significant slowdown in the performance of the web interface, please provide a screen recording of the problems. Finally, in the case when the load on the system is high, buffer. The task will receive the status “queued due to high load”, and will be executed later, as soon as the load on the system subsides and its turn in the buffer reaches it.
